Dairy-free three ingredient overnight chia pudding. Quick and easy breakfast to prepare the night before. Perfect for your kids, or just for yourself. Chia is high in fiber, low glycemic index, and a great ration of 3:1 omega 3:6.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chia seeds organic
- 1 cup nut milk organic and homemade
- 1 tsp vanilla powder organic
Instructions
- add all ingredients to mason jar
- stir thoroughly
- refrigerate overnight
- add preferred toppings
- savor and enjoy
